How the estimate works
The traditional-provider figure uses Kenyan medical-records and paralegal services, at Ksh 2,600–Ksh 4,500 per hour (estimated from regional legal-support rates — no published local rate card.) Assuming roughly 50 pages an hour for chronology preparation (reading, extracting, drafting) and 200 pages an hour for manual pagination and indexing. Real quotes vary — treat this as a sanity check, not a quotation.
The Med-Legal figure is simply the fixed price: a Chronology & Medical Summary is 1 document unit and an Indexed & Paginated Bundle is 4 units, at Ksh 1,900 per unit falling to Ksh 600 at volume — whether the records are 100 pages or 5,000. Every fact in the output is cited to its source page and the draft is reviewed and approved by your own lawyer before use. See what the service includes.
Estimates are illustrative and based on published rates current at the time of writing; no agency is identified and your quotes may differ. Med-Legal prices shown are live list prices. General information for legal professionals, not legal or costs advice.
