How the estimate works
The traditional-provider figure uses medical/legal record-retrieval and abstraction outsourcing, at $8–$19 per hour (Piton Global 2026 rate card.) Assuming roughly 50 pages an hour for chronology preparation (reading, extracting, drafting) and 200 pages an hour for manual pagination and indexing. Real quotes vary — treat this as a sanity check, not a quotation.
The Med-Legal figure is simply the fixed price: a Chronology & Medical Summary is 1 document unit and an Indexed & Paginated Bundle is 4 units, at ₱1,200 per unit falling to ₱400 at volume — whether the records are 100 pages or 5,000.
