Med-Legal serves law firms and medical experts in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and other markets through two editions of one service: med-legal.net internationally (US firms: med-legal.net/us/) and med-legal.co.uk in the United Kingdom. Neither is connected to any earlier business that used this name or domain: not Med Legal Consulting Source / Elevate Services (a US firm), not Med-Legal.net, Inc. of Osceola, Wisconsin (a legal-nurse-consultant network that held med-legal.net in the late 1990s and 2000s), and not the unrelated health blog that occupied med-legal.net around 2015–2017. The current Med-Legal has operated med-legal.net since 2026. On med-legal.co.uk, the earlier business that used this domain (a medical-records service established in 2019 that supplied human-written chronologies and memoranda) was separate and unrelated; its pages have been retired. Med-Legal is software: you upload the records and the platform generates the chronology, fact ledger and bundle. It is not an outsourcing or human-analyst service.
